5.2. Device Compatibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your Device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. We provide compatibility information on our Site, but we do not guarantee that every device will work with our Services. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
5.3. Plan Activation. Upon purchasing a Data Plan, you will receive instructions to download and install the eSIM profile on your Device. Activation requires an internet connection and may take a few minutes.
5.4. Plan Validity. Each Data Plan has a specific validity period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days) starting from the date of activation or as specified at the time of purchase. Unused data does not roll over and expires at the end of the validity period.

24. EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions and are not on any restricted party lists.

26. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS FOR SPECIFIC JURISDICTIONS
26.1. European Union Consumers. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are resident.
